Obituary for Barbara Jane Mcilvain
Barbara J. Mcilvain age 71, of Medaryville, IN passed away Thursday, June 3, 2021 at her home with her loving family by her side. Barbara was born to Wilbur and Noami German on August 23, 1949 in Gary, IN. Barbara enjoyed sewing, crocheting, reading, listening to audio books in the car, and her most favorite was bowling and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Left behind to cherish her memories is her husband Roy, son Scott (Sharon), daughter Tammy (Tony) Grigsby, grandchildren Jessica, Kendra, Scotty, and Michael, and 7 great grand children.
Barbara is preceded in by her parents, Ruth Joyce, Crystal Mcilvain, Missy Mcilvain, and Curtis McCarty.
Funeral services for Barbara will he held on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 12:00 pm CST with visitation from 10-12 at the Frazier Funeral Home located at 621 S Halleck Street DeMotte, IN. with Pastor Thomas Dewlen officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family have requested donations to Riley's Hospital.
