David Plotke age 57, passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Franciscan Health in Crown Point with his loving family by his side. He was born on November 1,1965 in Chicago, IL to Michael and Reida Plotke. David was a Mechanic Yard Man for many years, enjoyed working on cars, watching cooking shows and always trying new recipes. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Janet Plotke: children, Michelle(Jamie), David, Jacklyn(Travis), and Tony: grandchildren, Santiago, Tia, and Tabias: brother, Jack(Sherri), and niece: Jessica(Justin). David is preceded in death by his parents Michael and Reida: and his grandparents.

Per David's wishes cremation was chosen and no services are scheduled at this time.
