Obituary for Felipa Acero de Davila (Acero)
Felipa Acero de Davila age 55, sadly passed away at her home on Monday, December 26, 2022 with her loving family by her side. She was born in Aguascalientes, Mexico on May 26, 1967 to Juan Acero Alba and Elpidia Mendoza. She was a loving wife to Sergio Davila for 31 years, and a devoted mother to three beautiful daughters. She enjoyed being in the garden, crocheting, baking, word searches, taking long walks, and loved taking pictures of the different seasons changing. She touched a lot of hearts and lives and will be deeply missed by everyone.
She is survived by her husband Sergio Davila: daughters, Ana(Jose) Herrera, Stephanie Oney, and Mayra Davila: mother, Elpidia Mendoza: 6 brother's: 5 sister's: many nieces and nephews: and a beautiful grandson who will be welcomed to the family in April 2023.
She is preceded in death by her father, Juan Acero Alba :niece, Alejandra Acero nephew, Jose Juan: and mother-in-law, Consuelo Figueroa
Visitation will be held from 11am to 1pm on Saturday, December 31, 2022 at St. Cecilia Catholic Church located at 334 15th Street SW, DeMotte, IN a Mass will be held at 1pm, with Father Michael McKinney. Cremation will follow the service.
