John D. Livers age 88, of DeMotte, IN passed away on Tuesday, June 28th, 2022 at Franciscan Health in Crown Point with his loving family by his side. Born on January 10,1934 in Owensboro, KY to William and Zadie Livers. While attending church, John met Jeanne, the love of his life, they married in July 1972, together with her help raised five wonderful children. In his downtime he enjoyed being outside, gardening, watching tv at night, especially Western movies his favorite actor was John Wayne, he retired from Berry Tires Company, where he was a salesman, and mostly spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Left behind to cherish his memories is his loving wife of 49 years, Jeanne Lyvers, children: Linda(Kenny) Felker, Daniel Livers, Bonnie(Joe) Donaldson, Frank(Jenny) Aloia, Erick(Gloria) Aloia, brother: Edward Livers and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. John is preceded in death by his parents William and Zadie Livers, and several brother's and sister's.

Visitation will be held will be held on Saturday, July 2nd, 2022 from 9-11am at Frazier Funeral Home located at 621 South Halleck Street, DeMotte, IN with a funeral service at 11am with Pastor Ken Groves officiating, burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Portage, IN.
