Mark A. Childers age 52, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at Franciscan Health in Crown Point. He was born in Oak Lawn, IL on December 23, 1969 to Charles and Sharon Childers. Mark grew up and lived most of his life in Bridgeview, IL, and was a graduate of Argo Community High School. He loved to be involved in all sports, and to be outside, but his true passion was baseball, his favorite team was the White Sox. While his boys were growing up, he coached little league and high school travel ball. In 2015, when he married the love of his life Yeun, their marriage was filled with so much love and a strong bond, everyday he lived life to the fullest always making sure his family was provided for. He was a wonderful husband, father, uncle, friend, and coach to many Mark touched and mentored so many lives he will be truly missed by those who knew and loved him dearly.

Left behind to cherish his memories is his wife, Yeun: children: Steve, Elisabeth(Anthony), Nathan, and David: granddaughter Noel: brother, Eric(Lorie), sister Lisa, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Sharon Childers.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 15, 2022 from 3-7 pm at Frazier Funeral Home located at 621 S. Halleck Street DeMotte, IN and a funeral service will be held on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 10 am. Internment will be at DeMotte Cemetery.
